Minimum Order Value
To enable us to offer our customers the most competitive pricing, we have a minimum net order value of £25.00.
Payment
Standard terms are proforma (payment in advance) for non account holders. We are able to offer 30 days end of month payment terms subject to satisfactory references. Any parts ordered not held as a stocked item, will not be ordered on the manufacturer until payment has been received in full. We accept Cheques made payable to Dalroad Norslo Ltd, BACS, IBAN and credit/debit card payments. Credit and debit card transactions will incur a minimum £5.00 administration fee.
Returns
We are confident that the products you purchase will be suitable for your application. Should you wish to return any items for any reason, please contact Customer Services directly for agreement to receive the items back. Thank you.
Return Conditions
Any product return must be authorised by Dalroad Norslo. We will issue a returns authorisation number that must be sent with the product return.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, which must be clear from any additional packing tape or markings of any kind. Cables either connected to product or loose must not be cut or altered in any way. All instruction or user manuals supplied with the product must be returned with the product. The lot numbers on the product and the outer packaging must match. Any product returned must have been supplied by Dalroad Norslo within the last 12 months. Products must be standard stock items, special order items may not be returned. Where applicable all products must be returned with factory default set-up. Where applicable all custom installed software must be removed prior to return.
Each return may be subject to a handling fee, which can be advised on request when speaking to Customer Services. This handling charge is dependent on the return meeting the above conditions and may vary when items are received and inspected

Using Fedex UK (formerly ANC) and local same day couriers, we offer a range of carrier services to suit your every requirement.
